Emily & Chris Engaged!

I had a great time hanging out with Emily and Chris for their engagement session! We started off with a few at her house, which was passed down to her and Chris from her grandmother. It’s the same house her grandmother came home from the hospital to with Emily’s father as a baby, so it’s really cool that it’s going to be kept in the family quite a bit longer!  One of the last photos in this post, you’ll see the wrought iron hearts made by the back of an outdoor chair that her grandmother has had in the back yard forever. We then finished the shoot up in the French Quarter. I’m looking forward to documenting their wedding day in November at St. Patrick’s Church and Metairie Country Club.
