WEDDING FAQS — EVEN MORE FAQ’S COMING SOON!!
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO TO RESERVE A DATE?
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date, along with a signed contract.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE DEPOSIT?
After the date has been reserved we will stay in contact with you periodically as the date approaches. During this time appointments will be made for engagement, bridal, or boudoir sessions. As the date nears, we will confirm all locations and times, as well as review any special requests for the day.
WHAT HAPPENS THE DAY OF THE WEDDING?
On the day of the wedding we will capture the moments in an unobtrusive manner. Getting the hands just right on the cake knife or holding the champagne flute at just the right level tends to break up the momentum of the emotions. Guidance may be given as necessary but will be given in an effort to maintain minimal interference.
WHAT ABOUT “TRADITIONAL” SHOTS THE DAY OF THE WEDDING?
We prefer to keep “grip and grin” shots to a limited amount, however, I understand that a few are usually requested. Typically a good list includes the wedding party and immediate family members. Ample time should be set aside for the pictures of the bride and groom. This is often forgotten with a lengthy list of portraits. Beautiful portraits need time to be created. Quality is a direct result of the time alloted.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE WEDDING?
All images of the day will first be edited. After the editing process we work on all of the images. Retouching may consist of tonal corrections, cropping, special effects, etc. When the images are ready they will be posted to an online viewing and ordering site called Pictage.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF PICTAGE?
The main advantage of Pictage is the site allows your guests to view AND order from your images no matter where they may be located. No more hassling the bride to get an order in for other family members or bridal party members!
HOW LONG BEFORE THE IMAGES ARE READY TO VIEW?
The images are usually posted three to four weeks after the wedding. Engagement, bridal, and boudoir sessions have an average turnaround time of two weeks.

Hi! You came highly recommended to my fiance and me, so I would love the opportunity to talk with you about the possibility of your shooting our wedding and reception on Friday, December 14, 2012.
We’re getting married at the Sacred Heart Chapel at 6:00 PM, with a four-hour, black tie reception following at the Audubon Tea Room.
I am trying to coordinate vendors and build my budget; I would love to know some basic package prices and your availability.
Thank you so so much,
Cory Willingham
