The Roosevelt Hotel in downtown New Orleans is always a gorgeous venue for a wedding! It’s proximity to Immaculate Conception makes it a win-win for a couple wanting a Catholic service. The combination of both of these venues exudes elegance, grace, and charm. Mary Frances and Francis also possessed these traits on their wedding day! The pair are a match made in heaven. It’s easy to see how they fit together. Francis is laid back and respectful, and Mary Frances is one of the sweetest gals you’ll ever meet.
The pair had requested we try to have their initial First Look as private as possible because they wanted it to be as intimate without too many other people around, and I think it helped with their nerves too. So we opted to stay indoors for the initial greeting, and then we ventured around The Roosevelt for the rest of their portraits. I love their laughing, cuddly photos. They both look like they are beaming! And the photos on the Baronne St. side with The Roosevelt fancy overhang turned out amazing! I absolutely LOVE the photo of all of the bridesmaids together in their gold sequin dresses. Those dresses!! OMG! To die for!!
We were at complete ease with this family as this was about the fourth wedding we’ve been a part of with them. And I think there were at least five Arte De Vie brides at The Roosevelt that night. As I’m typing this I’m wondering why we didn’t get a photo of that!? We are always honored to work with a family more than once, and this is a group of people that we simply adore! Thank you for yet again trusting us with your most precious memories! It was certainly another celebration for the history books! Enjoy!
